I have been working as branch manager with reputed coaching classes in mumbai since last 5 years. working with a coaching classes was not my personal choice however i had to accept their offer since i was liable for my housing loan hence i had to continue with this industry. Since my joining with this classes i have been trying to apply in various companies for the post of Admin Executive/Facility executive since i have those required set of skills to get the job done i have even said those confidently during my interviews however due to my no exposure in other industry my application gets rejected.
please let me informed of the career path for employees like me working with coaching classes
