Dear senior
I have a query actually in my company there are more than 1000 workers.
Now issue is that every month 30-40 people want to withdraw P.F. amount.
And they cannot wait for the 5year or 7 year as per the P.F. Regulation to withdraw partly amount.
So we have to show left them 2 months to withdraw the pf. But worker is do work in company,
After 2 month we show the fresh joining of employee.
So my question is that is there any provision to rejoining of those workers who have withdrawn P.F.
Bcz we have make every month 30-40 new files (apart from rejoining of employee) and full & final also.

This is illegal & improper to show employees as having left services for two months for enabling their PF withdrawal but still continuing in service and after two months is shown as newly appointed and PF membership is resumed. Since you are doing for 30-40 workmen and is being done regularly, sooner or later the PF Inspector will sense the default and this could lead to prosecution, heavy fine , damages etc. You are doing an unethical practice although it is being done at the behest of employees but in the eyes of law this will never be appreciated.

""So we have to show left them 2 months to withdraw the pf. But worker is do work in company,

This practise is highly irregular.
It has legal implications which will land your company into problems.
Employees are aware of PF withdrawal procedures and asking for this type of irregular help is improper and needs to be stopped forthwith.
Employee turn over ratio will also be high on paper giving a false impression to audit.
How come the senior officials are party to this willing breach of rules of PF?
