During the period of 'on the job training' they are involved in direct production activities. In deed they have a defined curricula in which the entire training period is distributed. This could be obtained from the office of Regional Apprenticeship Advisor. Earlier stress on theoretical/ class room training has been considerably reduced and now the emphasis is on practical training.
