Hi,
I recently joined aricent technologies in Bangalore and haven't submitted my degree certificate and told them that I will submit later on and written the details of 5th semester in employment verification form.
I don't know whether aricent will do educational verification or not.But I'm worried that if I fail in educational verification then what will be the outcome.
I have 6 yrs of experience into software engineering with 3 companies but they haven't asked my degree certificate but in aricent i think they will do educational verification. So I think I should tell my manager about it and leave the job or should continue if they do not do educational verification.
I Need some advices and anyone here knows about aricent and thier educational verification process.
Expecting your reply asap.... Please help me out

Dear friend,
While taking current employment, what you have done is to provide the information that deviates from truth. In legal parlance, it is called as suppression of material facts. What was the need to do that?
Falsification of information at the time of employment is misconduct under the provisions of Industrial Standing Orders Act, 1946. Now whether your current employer invokes these provisions and sacks you, or condones the falsification that remains to be seen. Nevertheless, you should have approached this forum to seek advice before falsification and not after. A wilful perversion of facts has put you on sticky wicket.
At the time of employment, has your employer taken undertaking from you? If yes, what type of that undertaking was that? Much depends on the verbatim of the undertaking also.
Thanks,

Thank You So Much for your suggestion.
I have taken a wrong step by providing false information ,and I'm guilty for that and now I'm ready to tell the truth to my manager. But is there any chances that he will not fire me and let me continue with this job without any penalty or act upon me .
But the big problem is will this company keep me with unfinished degree.
And what do you mean by "undertaking" .

Mr. Dinesh one more question.
Is there any big IT industries who hires engineers having good experience but have incomplete degree.
I have worked with small industries they have no problem with my incomplete degree.
