Dear Ramu,
I would suggest you to speak to the HR of the organisation joining and make them understand that you are unable to produce the documents for initial 6 months. I have also experienced in lot of cases where the person has worked as a trainee in the small organisation and they did not get any documents. With this, I would like to tell everyone that one should never compromise on the documents. If one has given his/her valuable time to the employer, then, must keep the documentary proof of the same. Nevertheless, If you don't have experience certificate, search for your offer letter, appointment letter, resignation mail, relieving letter, salary slip, bank statement or cash voucher, anything which can confirm that you were employed in the specific company, as this would help you to convince the HR of Co. you are joining. But do inform them in advance as you still have time and the tenure is of only 6 months.
Best of Luck !!!
