Dear All, Is there any specific % applicable on calculating washing allowance? Is there any notification of that? Please help.

Hi,
Washing Allowance is a legal requirement and stating in the Minimum Wage Notification, In Karnataka there is 300.00 rupees is payable every month for the security guards and it should not be deducted the ESI.
