THEN WHAT IS THE % OF THE SALARY BREAKUP OF BELOW MENTION HEADINGS ?

2)HRA
3)CONVEYANCE
4)SPC ALLOWANCES
5)MEDICAL
6)EXGRATIA

We can answer this question as 50% of total salary is treated as Basic + DA by PF enforcement officers. So in no case it can be less then that. Now HRA can be taken in lines of Income Tax upto 50% of Basic + DA if in metropolis in other case 40% of Basic + DA. After this comes transport allowance in Income tax it is allowed upto 1600 per month.
So your distribution can be :
Rs 18050 x 50% = 9025 is Basic + DA
Rs 9025 x 50% = 4512 is HRA
Rs 1600 is transport
Rest you can divide according to your convenience.

8. Gratuity 5% of basic + da + hra
9. Lwf 6 rs
10. Paid holiday 1.3% of basic+da+hra
