The statements in your post are little confusing because of inadequate information.
You have not mentioned the department in which you work. In which field you wanted to learn more? Secondly, managing the employees or increasing the growth of the company is leadership's job. Are you at leadership level?
Going further, while starting a company, the owner must have made business plan. There are two types of business plans. One is to show to the bankers to get the loan. Another one is for us to develop the company. Have you prepared latter?
I provide consulting to SMEs. Just recently one proprietary concern from Guwahati has engaged me for consulting. However, with very less information, I am unable to comment further.
