This company(can't disclose the name) i was working in never bothered to proceed with my employment screening. And, before they could do this i left the company due to lack of faith and trust of my supervisiors in me. Now, i am willing to serve the notice period which they aren't allowing me and also not giving me the full salary which i deserve. Most importantly, they have relieved me from the company without even procuring an address verification proof from me. Please suggest me the way i can claim my due salary. Any legal action can be taken, if possible..?

Depends on your employee agreement. What are the terms of termination there? Is the process different for confirmed and on probation employees? What was your status - confirmed/on probation?
If you are really wronged, you will have legal recourse.
In most such cases, unless the unpaid amount is huge or the extent of the wrong is high, it doesn't really pay to fight your ex-employer.
