Dear Awdhesh,
In your post you have stated that you have GM(HR) and AGM followed by three managers of IR in "Industrial Relations" department. Though you have five managers and above in this department, why you felt need to come to this forum and ask help for presentation on IR? Why you did not approach your own managers? What was the hold up?
It is these managers who should have given feedback on what needs to be included and what needs to be excluded in the presentation. Should we construe that unstated part of the post speaks of poor relations amongst the managers working in "Industrial Relations" department? If it is true then it is high time for GM (HR) to put his own house in order first rather than bothering about the relations with labour union.
Thanks,

Dear Awdhesh,
Dinesh Diwekar has raised some pertinent questions, to which I will add a few. Could you kindly tell us what's your role and how long you have been working and when did you finish your degree? Te reason I ask about your qualification and when you finished your degree is because of you say that you say that you do not know how to make a ppt presentation.
Kindly also tell us whether you have made any attempt to search for presentations on the web? It appears you have not. As a non HR person, I serched the web and found a lot of links at https://www.google.co.uk/#q=industri...+presentations
