Hi,
I have 3 yrs experience in through out two small sized companies. in first company for 1.5 yrs, i joined in testing position which do manual testing on websites.later gradually they used me to develop websites & web based applications too because i am worth for that work instead of testing. Later because of mutual understandings between managements, they moved me to 2nd company which takes contracts from my 1st company. i worked in 2nd company for 1.5 yrs but salary is payed by 1st company. because it is small sized,they don\'t have salary accounts for employees.They transferred salary to our personal savings accounts. In 2nd company also, i worked as web developer & application developement by using various technologies like GWT, tomcat & SQl, HTMl, jAVA so on...based on customer requirements& it\'s demands.at present for one website we are working on bootstrap technology now....Now i want to change from current company to middle/big companies. but i didn\'t go through on constant technology thorough out 3 yrs but all are related to web development & testing. so i am confusing for which technologies job i have to apply now & how to convince interviewer about my salary statement because it is not salary account.

Hi Sireesha,
Don't worry companies need the employees like you who are good at their work. Tell them the truth about your salary details, and provide them what they requested. Their is good scope for Tester+Developer in future. Choose one technology which your are good at, then put all are secondary skills.
