We are a proprietorship firm with 3 employees. We have two contractors who have three employees each with us. Adding there members our strength is still 9 and so we do not fall under ESIC or PF.
Off the tow people with us one contractor has more than 10. So considering the second contractor is under PF ESIC . Do we have to make sure that the three employees under him do have there PF and ESIC paid up correctly ? We make sure that they get all there holidays and wages already. Please advice. Thanks.

Dear Ramesh
If yours contractors is not covered under PF or ESIC act then no issue for compliance
second but under wages payment act as principal employer you have to insure that every contractor employee get the minimum wage and no differentiation of wage basis of sex and other things made.
