List Of Documents To Be Attached With PAN Application Revised

Dear friends,
CBDT has revised list of documents to be enclosed with application for allotment of Permanent Account Number. It has notified certification formats for address and ID proof. Copy of notification dated 23.12.2013 in this regard is attached for information.

The main addition seem to be Adhar Card, the rest look similar to what i remember of it before.
Also noted that it now allows ration card with photo. Ration card was stopped as acceptable document.
But again, ration cards do not have photo in maharashtra.
