I have done distance learning MBA (International business) from Annamalai University. I am very keen to pursue PhD (preferably in Project Management). Since I am working i would like to continue my education alongwith my work. I would request you all to let me know of good universities or institutes which offer UGC approved Ph.d programme. I stay in Delhi so nearby centers would be useful.

Distance learning MBA is valid for Ph.D so need not to worry but beware. There are many private universities running degree scams.
Ph.D in India must be offered accordance to UGC regulation of 2010, yes you can pursue external Ph.D as well
