Language learning is a skill. A regular practice or action performed repeatedly with a method or systems make a skill . Singing, dancing, painting, drawing are all skills. The skill can be developed only with the repeated practice. Therefore Language speaking can be developed only by practice. There is a way to do and one must follow this. In my experience as English trainer for corporates and Educational Institutions, I coach, handhold and make the participants to read, write and speak in English. Enforcement of a particular language is a general advise that one always gets. But the only way to accomplish is 'hard practice wherever and whenever possible to think, write and converse in English.
