I would appreciate if you could validate & let me know some of the new tax saving elements in the Flexi basket apart from the follwoing:
1. Medical Reimbursement.
2.Parents Medical Insurance.
3.Book & Periodicals.
4. Telephone Reibursement.
5. Vehicle Reimbursement ( Sale / Lease back)
6.Fuel
7. Drivers Salary.
Please let me know the elements & also let me know the policy in a nut shell.

Hello Madhu,
you can add following reimbursements for txa savings, you can give grade wise limitation to all employees, please take an advise from CA before implement the reimbursement salary structure in organization so CA can suggest you the limits employee wise.
* Mobile / internet reimb
* Entertainment reimb
* Attire reimb
* Helper reimb
* Vehicle Maint reimb
* Medical Reimb
* Books & Periodical reimb
* Residential Gas reimb
* Light Bill reimb
* etc
