Recently Orissa High Court has given a judgement against one of their PF related cases that "Last drawn wages, during pendency of the proceedings in High Court, will not attract Provident Fund Contributions". If anyone could help me to get this order copy (may be in PDF format) OR similar judgement from any other court as same as above
