Dear Frieends,
registration for factory- as per sec. 6 of factory Act you have to register your factory if it is come under the definition of the same i.e sec 2(m)
process- 1) you have to make a site plan along with it you have to give the Form -1 and 2) along with form -2 you have to deposit the requisite fees ( normally based on the Horse power and manpower), directors list,form -32 as per company's act, Machinery list along with Horse power consumption,Pollution control consent to established, Trade license,Fire License or consent letter from fire department etc.( any other documents if asked by the authority)
PF and ESI- for pf and esi you have to filled up some forms will be provide by them and Directors List,form -32 and bank details of the company, employee list with wage details since when it become covered i.e 20 no. of person and 10 no. of person respectively.
the pf and esi authority will ask 1 months contribution if it is immediately covered or last contribution and your company have to deposit the draft against their demand notice. once it is deposited pf and esi will issue the code no.
This is also my request that this is the forum of knowledge sharing not for doing business.
