hi. I recently got recruited in a big IT firm from my campus placements....My 12th percentage was 73.8 but I by mistake wrote 74.8...It was a genuine mistake on my part...Will it make me loose my job....I am really worried..I am looking forward to some valuable suggestions

It is not a serious mistake; still you should tell them and not wait for them to dig it out. Had you not spotted the mistake, the case would have been different.

Pl. inform them and ensure that it is corrected. I opine that it is not a serious mistake because you have submitted the copies of all certificates etc., and it is in CV not in the company application because the data in the company application is more relevant and binding.

Being worked with Background verification company, its not serious mistake u have done. Please make sure u inform ur HR in advance. And hope you have provided genuine copy of ur marks card.

I also agree with above openions and pls note if you will be late to inform your management then really it may be different case in their views and may be problematic situation for you and that time it will be difficult for you to convience your seniors.
