Dear Seniors,
I have my PF in chennai.
Last month my PF amount just returned back from banker due to some issue in bank at that time.
Now PF office has requested me to submit A.S.R Form (Advanced Stamped Reciept form), to reauthorize my claim.
When i searched the net i got one A.S.R form, but it is completely in Hindi.
I need the English version of the form, so that i could submit it to the chennai office.
Plz help me out of this.
