Be careful with the above kind of advertisement. I doubt its a scam. Before you become a victim of fraud do enquire with Indian and Canadian Embessy and confirm if such firm exists in Canada and the visa issuing coordinator really exists.
Do not send any money unless you get all hard copies and visa clearance from the employer. It could be a Nigerian based people who will ask you to pay money for visa and documents process and later on you will find them operating and sending emails only from your near by city.
Canada Visa Permit is of three ways.
Visitor
Working
And permenent.
If they offering Visitor Visa and tell you after one month will make it worker visa , get sure its a fake.
And I assure you they will not be emailing you with any business mail id .
So get into at your own risk . Later do not cry when you loose your money.

But some of the relatives or friends of the staff will operate on the name of the company. Even these people will have the contact at the embassy too, who may be the brother or some relatives of the staff in embassy.
They will not give the original e mail id. They will ask us to deposit $525 (converted into INR) to some bank to put up a file for processing our visa. If a person got trapped then they will further instruct the victim to pay more for Ticket, other processing fee and all the way they extract maximum money. With that money they will run away after draining the account in which we deposited the money.
So before responding to such advertisement we must be very careful and be cautious.

Can you clarify my following doubts:
1. How many application you have received?
2. Why you have not selected even a single man for any position?
3. What is the age limit for applying for any posts?
4. What are the charges to be paid by the selected candidates till he assume the vacancy?
5. Have you approached any consultancies in various countries for selection?
6. What was the response you received from consultants and candidates?
7. Do you aware that such fraud cases can easily be trapped by Cyber crime department?
