Recently, we have registered in EPFO ( employer cat.) in the month of june
but we could not submit contribution up 15th july for june salary in to the bank. Becuase, I was out of station. Please help me for further needful.

Dear Friend, Deposit the amount with penalty and try never repeat such non compliance. Regards

Dear Vashi,
Arrange to pay this immediately.
You can pay upto 21st. No need to worry about the penalty now. Pay the contribution amount through challan.
The penalty amount will be intimated thro a separate letter from EPFO.
But, avoid such type of delay in future.

you have, by means of error done this... correct your default by first paying the challan for the designated amount ito the nearest treasury branch of SBI.
EPFO, from time to time, raises demand for penal damages U/S 14-B and interest U/S 7-Q for delayed remittances, you may pay the same as per the actual delayed days later on also as the interest and damages cease to be levied one the payment of regular contribution is done

for contract labour license, the contractor is expected to apply to the office of the concerned Deputy Labour Commmissioner ( or the Asst. Labour Commisssioner as ammended by certain states) in Form IV togethet with the Form - V issued by the Principal Employer under the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970

- For EPF Contribution the last date is 15th of next Month (Means if your contribution time is from 01.06.2011 to 30th june 2011, then your last date of depositing chllan with the amount 15th July 2011)
- For ESIC Contribution the last date is 21st of next Month Means if your contribution time is from 01.06.2011 to 30th june 2011, then your last date of depositing chllan with the amount 21st July 2011)
