Hi,
In this case please do contat to your nearest PF Commissioned. 20 employees means 20 people working under one roof including security, labours on contract , any voucher paments , etc.
So get the clear idea from the local pf official.
Thanks

You can get some consultants who can help you in this regards.
The consultants might have their own PF and in the same they can add your PF also, for which you may have to hire them for payrole system from them, with a clause that the PF and ESI Part should be taken care by them. All your staff salary will be taken care by them. In this you need not to have a separate pay role clerk and other amenities for accounts department. A coordinator will do to take care of all the employees salary related issues.
You can have assistance from <link outdated-removed> thread

Hi Raghuvir,
Their is a provision in PF ACT that even though your organsiation is employing less than 20 stipulated figure for getting PF Code, you can apply for VOLUNTARY COVERAGE of PF.
To one my client I got VOLUNTARY COVERAGE of PF eventhough their strength was less than 20.

Dear Jyothi,
The proposal has been presented before the parliament, it has not been passed and GAZETTE NOTIFICATION has notification has not been issued yet. Hence we will have to wait for sometime till ammendment is done to the PF ACT.

Gem
