Kindly let me know the various documents to be collected from employees for their TDS Calculation like fr eg :
Loan certificate
Investment proof
My company did not have any salary breakup as there was no HR Dept until now.
This will breakup will be applicable from April onwards with the incremented salary.
However, some of my employees are asking if they can claim HRA exemption now .
Can we do this if no salary breakup has been given to employees in their appointment letter ?
Kindly advise.
