Dear Shilpi,
You can withdraw your PF by filling 19 & 10C forms as the form will be submiited in PF office after completion of 60 days of DOL. For this, fill the form sign it & get it signed by the employer & attach one blank "cancelled" cheque of the bank account which you have mentioned in the forms otherwise it will not be accepted by the PF authorities. You will get your money within 2 months from the date of submission in the form of 2 cheques i.e. one of PF & other of Pension.
Good Luck !!
Thanks,
SG

The process which SG has explained is very correct. The process of attaching the self cancelled cheque is new and might be the reason for delay.
