Dear Chander,
you want to ask wether El earned in this year are counted for calculating next year EL leaves !!!
if yes, then answer is that for the purpose of calculating eligibilty for EL, they will be counted but to calculate EL's earned these days will not be counted.
hope i solve your query

Hi to all
Simple EL Calculation
Total no.days present/20=(###) Ex 15days
Basic + DA/30=Per day salary
:- 15 X per day salary = EL Salary.
If labors means Basic + DA / 26.
Thanks & Regards

working Days = 22, l
Leave Days = 4
Last Month EL balance = 15
Adjusted Leave Type = EL
Current month EL Balance = 11+1 = 12
Now i think your doubt may be clear.
EL for 20 days working in a month 1 day create ok, now balance 22-20 = 2, This 2 days carry over of next month working day using the calculate.
thanks and regards,
