I am a Software proffesional. At first I worked in the small software companies(one comapany is computer centre and another one is also small software company ) before going to CMM company . In CMM company that i joined I had issues with my manager and my TL. So I resigned my job from that comapany. During the releving time my manager begged towards me not to open the issue to the HR (because I had a good perfomance feedback from tl as well as my client). I had offer letter ,Payslips,Perfomance certificate and Probation completetion certificate with me.
From then on where ever I go my manager showing personal grudge toward me during refernce call. He gave the feedback as fake candidate as well as I worked in a computer center the experience is not valid.Even he went to extend the projects that I have worked on the CMM is fabricated my team size is different from the actual one as well as my duration of the projects.
I have switched three companies where ever I go I am getting feedback like this. In the final company I worked there is a same problem during the refernce check. They told they are going to blacklist me from the software industry or put my name in the W____ fake database.I have resigned from that company.
But technically i am quite strong where I go i had a good performance feedback. Due to this threatening I doesn't like to work.
My question:
1) IS it possible to blacklist a person from softwatre industry.
2) One of the companies said they are going to put a Database entry for fake list. Is it possible ?
3) How can I know if they have blacklisted me from software industry.
4)If they have done some thing how can I defend myself.
5) If say truth there is same problem occurs. Even If I hide the same probelm occurs
6) I dont get absconded but I have all the releving letters properly. Why I am facing the same problem.
7) Why my company I woked that is forcing me to make fake
I am in terrible confusion state . What can I do. I am quiet confused to search jobs now. What can I do.
Please suggest a solution.
