Dear Vidhatri,

Every good trainer has the God-gifted ability of good communication and speech. Therefore it should not come to you as a surprise that you can speak out of your unique flow of thoughts.
A trainer should infact have his ideas very clear, know his topics well and then present the thoughts and course as per the audience and their level of understanding in an easy and flowing manner.

However I think you need to really practice and improve your communication skills, since I find you have made a lot of silly mistakes ( if at all you can understand them) in your letter.

If you are a trainer in soft skills, you cannot afford to do these mistakes or take them lightly. I suggest you check your communications and thought expression before you interact, especially if you are conducting a training course.

Remember, trainers are facilitators, who also serve as an ideal persona to their trainees. What we preach is what we practice. Therefore, my humble suggestion to you would be to first work hard and improve on your own skills.

A second suggestion for you, if you are positive and receptive, would be to understand the work and opportunities of a trainer truly and properly.
Do not go by the "word of mouth" policy. Know the opportunities and do a lot of reading or research. See if what you hear and what you think about a particular matter, is correct or not.

Your query about COPERATE houses, is honestly beyond mine or any other person's understanding. If you have anything else in mind, please specify and I shall be glad to help. But if you are eyeing the CORPORATE houses, my dear, please follow what I said before.

Improve your communications skills and ideas about matters. Above all be receptive. The best way to deliver the best is to receive the best and learn through experience. A good trainer is not born, but is one who improves himself and achieves the qualities through practice and self empowerment.

I wish you all the best in life!
