hi friends,
i need your suggestions for one of my assignments.
it is a case which says that because of government and political interventions in the recruitment process at AP Tourism there is a lot of disturbance and it caused the employees of AP Tourism with low morale. there is one more problem with the employees as they think that their job is of the 9am to 5pm toil only which is not enough for industry like tourism.
so now if you are asked to design a full day training program for AP Tourism employees which will solve all the problems how would it look.
what will be the topics and subtopics would you like to cover in this program, what will be the purpose of each topic being covered, what methodology will you use for training and how much time will you give to each topic and subtopic.
i would appreciate even the craziest suggestions if they are implementable and can produce results.
