Hi,
As you know most of the topmost positions are held by Women. Yes women are coming out of their traditional lifestyle, educating themselves ad making a mark in the work fied. Most organizations have women who hold excellent positions in HR. They are contributing to every field like training, recruitment. You wil find many related articles on this in the business world magazines.

Hi
1) Woman has 1000 character at the same time. She is aware about the moment that which moment which character she has to apply but man has not this quality or very lessar than woman.
2) In HR, soft skill is required to handle HR dept and u r wel aware about this skill with woman.
3) Basically HR is nothing but wait and watch process on people at work. And u know woman has such quality to assess anyone within second.
4) You vomit everything but woman can't bze she got hiding skill and In HR, it is required.
5) In general, man attaract towards woman, this also a point while recruitment takes place. hahahahhaah.
Don't mind, its my personal view, may be wrong.

Guys Let me tell you

see before IT evolution in india, Indian industry mostly consisted of manufacturing industry. In all manufacturing industry HR played a vital roles in implementing rule and regulations, maintaining IR, implementation of labour laws etc... in those days trade unions were the major threat to the employers to handle. As we know employees used get their demand only by agitation. So Guys are required to handle and kind of situations.

But now employer are realised the welfare and economical importance of employees, infact many organization has got one trade union. so handling complex situation in industry now a days started declining in private sector then public sectors. on of the important fact is that the literacy rate among the work force is high in india, this is also one of the reason for reduction in employee agitation.

So now a days HR departments are very closely working with the strategic plan of the company as we know women are better decision maker then guys and also there is no problem from them as far as employer is concern.

If you really look in to the current scenario woman are placed in decision making position where as guy would be siting next to them to handle the situations. this is becos of better decision making capacity of woman in strategic point as well implementation point.

I think i have given you the better perception from my end.
