I need to draft a bond for employees who are sent to this particularly expensive training, the bond needs a clause that the emplayee attending the training will not leave the company for the next two years. Hoping to get some help ASAP.

Mr. ABC working as .,.,.,., in ,.,.,.,., has been fully sponsored by company for .course name,.,.,. conducted by Training provider name. Whereas the employee has agreed to faithfully serve the employer for a minimum period of 12 months commencing from .,,.,.,.
Now the condition of the indemnity herein executed is that the employee shall faithfully discharge his duties as designation of employee till ,.,.,.,.. He should comply with all the rules and regulations of company. In case the Employee, for any reason, leaves the services of the Company before the said period of 12 months, then he shall forthwith pay ,.,.,.,.,.,.
However, Company has full right to transfer, suspend or terminate the employment of the Employee during his service.
