Hi,

Sharing a format of 2 years Indemnity Bond won't take much time.

But why you want to keep 2 years Bond? what is the purpose behind it ?

You should have some proper justification for the same. When employer invest money, time and efforts for trainees ( in terms of software cost, Trainer cost etc) they will enter into training agreement with Trainees. Similarly you should have some justification.

Normal templates may not match your requirement. So better you may hire the services of an Advocate. Discuss with him/her about your requirement. Thereby you will get proper format and in future in case of legal litigations also you can seek the help of Advocate.

Dear Mam,

We have observed it on continuous basis that employee here joins and learns everything gets trained and leaves the organisation with the span of 1 year, ultimately 6 to 7 months are taken as his or her training period , even in the case of experienced employee we have observed it ,hence decide to put some bond system in between both employee and organisation.

Organisation is nowhere between the growth of employee career, just as an motive when we have trained them well for 6 months to 7 months at least they should serve the services for 18 months to the organisation.

In the same way the employee have joined at the packages they have requested for, when the organisation is so much giving towards them , just expect the loyal efforts of employee towards the organisation too.

Hi,

In that case please check whether your Compensation package is on par with market standards.

For example for a Fresher starting salary may be low but once the Trainee completes 6 months or one year training he/she starts delivering the work and hence their compensation package needs to be reviewed on yearly basis based on performance and also as per industry norms. Else obviously Trainees tend to move for higher salary.

For Trainees you can plan for a Training Agreement.
