I don't know whether I have to choose MBA or MCA. Some of my friends say that its diffcult for me to get into the IT as I did my B.com in Corress.......without doing my +2.
But, Some say that its easy to get into the IT if your have Strong Techinical Knowledge. I very much confused whether I should stdy MBA or MCA. How both will help in my career. I need all your suggestion in this.
If I could do MCA which course I could take JAVA or .NET???? That too in which Institute???

Dear youngster,

I appreciate for you Passion. This is the age one should be enthusiastic for career. You got the same aggressiveness keep it up.

Dear Abirami,

Now a days IT is diversified in to every industry and every domain. There is no field isolated from IT. IT is absorbed and involved and got its grip in every field. No exception for our HR filed toooooo.

Now you have two options.

You can continue your job but do MBA in HR and learn SAP HR if possible learn ABAP also. That's it you became a software engineer. As you have Functional/ Domain knowledge in HR definitely you will accomplish well and

will be a sensation.

Or do MCA in regular and learn your favorite technologies. you'll be a software proffessional for sure.

Education and career both are two wheels of my cart. After my +2 all my education has been done along with my job.

My Kid,

Know the hidden secrets of life there is a lot more than our passions, desires and ambitions.

Remember on thing - "Nothing is unfortunate every thing is for our profit" Be positive nothing is impossible trust your self you are really great.

Accomplish your goals and help the needy.

Hi....Abirami,

Don't worry, just be happy. Yes... just be cool and meditate for 5 minutes. Now listen.... Your ambition is to become a software Engineer. Am i right...?

Yes... its so earsy thing to become so.... I am providing some details below just read and understand. Ok

1) Join MBA - (IT/HR/Sytem/Operations) in distance or regular mode but don't resign your job. HR knowledge is very very important these days in the market. There are so many MBAs and MCAs wondering about the roads having no jobs.

2) This HR experience will help you when u join in SAP HR. becoz MBA with exp. and SAP is preferable. So, don't quit the job.

3) If u r aim is to just become a software engineer... just join in any reputed institution, to learn J2EE, Java, .NET and etc... so many developmnt programes are there. Here u will become software engineer without having any PG degree. Ok

4) But don't quit, if the company is not good, join somewhere in the same position. Ok

5) See... I myself studying MBA 1st year from ICFAI university but what's the use without having field experience, to learn SAP HR..?

6) Just forget everything and decide upon something i mentioned above.

I am ready to help u in this regard.

bye...

Thanks,

Regards,

Rafi
