Hi,
I had worked in a company Pyramid Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. based at Noida for 8 months. After two month from the date of my resignation i applied for P.F Withdrawl but now they are not ready to Process from their side. Actually in Form 19c there are columns in which we need to fill the details regarding how much is contributed from my side, how much is from Company side & how much is the interest so that we get a total amount. Since i don't have those details how will i get the form attested by a Gazetted officer. In that case what should i do?
Please help me out and tell me how can i withdraw my P.F without Employer assistance.
Also please tell me what action can be taken against the company from my side.

The details of Your PF contribution, Employers contributions etc are not required to be filled by the member of the fund i.e. not by you. It is the company that has to provide this data in form 3A. If the company is not willing to accept/process the forms, you may visit your PF office branch near you with your PF no. and ask for further instructions.

Hi!
and one more thing to remember is that withdrawl of PF (if not working in another company) or the transfer of PF to your new company is your right, no one can deny your right. So Just visit your PF regional office and ask for the instructions
