hi I have some employees. My problem is money.
End of the day when I check the money sometimes
some of money is gone When I ask them they said They don't know I look computer but I don`t figure out .do you think should I take this money from them ?What can I do ? What kind of letter can I use If I need

Mere Warning is not going to help you, as it is a matter of theft or fraud (misappropriation of money/fund) , which has to delat with severely.
Order an enquiry, establish and pin them up. Lure for money is vulnarable... Else you bear (the consequences) it if you do not wish to do so! Option is yours...

Streamline the process. Make only one person accountable for the cash - and if both are using the register then issue a warning that any money lost will be deducted from the both their salaries as they are the ones handling the register - half and half - so both should be responsible and make sure that everything is in order.
