do you mean that you want a team building exercise that emphasizes the interpersonal relations/ co-operation within the team & one that helps the team to work with other teams?

Well i am looking for both the prospective...here am incharge for tech support group and i have to initiate some team building excercise, for that purpose am looking.

Hi Mohit,
You can try Wooden Plank exercise as it is very good for Team Building/Team Work. In this game there will be 2 long wooden planks and they have holes at the centre at regular distance. Long ropes will have to be tied to these holes and 2 to 3 participants will have to walk a specified distance by keeping each legs on each plank and by holding the ropes. Participants will have to stand in que on these planks. This is a good exercise as defenitely there will be misjudgement by the participants while walking & they try to match each other.
