Hi,
If an employee is terminated for poor performance; do we issue a termination letter only or a relievng letter/experience letter is issued.
With a termination letter the employee may not be able to get employment from other company.
recently many employees were shown the exit door by major companies like TCS;IBM; Yahoo
How is it dealt with.
Please share your expereince with me.

Hi,
Termination is done due to under performance / other issues with the employee/s. Here there is no need of issuing the any other letter/s. Just termination letter is enough. Or if management is concern abt the career of the terminated employee may convert this termination into resignation.
so u can have full process of Exit procedure with minimal good feedback adt the respective employee.
