Dear All,

Well i m working wd Hr department of a construction company which comes under SEZ ....We are like developer's and into infrastructures....Our corporate office is in gurgaon & site is at manesar ....We need to formulate policies ....Nw the ques arising in front of us is like in which act our corporate office is coming & site under which act as we need to segregate all the policies of both site & corporate office ......One thing more my company's main registered office is in delhi......I m confused dat if corporate office will come under shops & estabilishment act then site office will come under which act.....and wt type of leave policies should be there for site people keeping in view the nature of job there...:unsure:

If anybody can solve this query of mine ...plz send the act with latest amendments on all d things like PL,SL,CL and festival holidays,maternity and paternity leave...exgratia,payment of bonus...hours of wrking,week offs......:confused:
Plz provide me with d solution asap.
