form Numbers for ESI registeration
What are the percentages in which we can provide basic,HRA to be given
is there any maximum amount figure which the medical benefit not to be exceed
PLease help me... I need to manage all these in my company

But a small doubt....
Form 11 is there for employee declaration..is the same form can be used for a employee( fresher) who joined the company and is eligible for PF.?
I mean, if a person is eligible for PF and joined our company as fresher, so which form is used initially to apply for PF??
