Hey Dsv,
You need to contact the newspaper Office you want tio advertise in. The charges are made on different aspects.
If you want your advertisement for a full page, the cost differs. If you want it to be half page, the rate again differs. There are certain other factors too. If you want it to be posted every week, the cost differs. If you are looking for a advertising on regular basis in the news paper, I would suggest you to have a detailed contract with that news paper tea.
Make sure that you get this entire plan confirmed from your HR manager. It is really very much needed for preecedings.

i am from Sri Lanka and as explained by M, its the same in my country as well. but different newspapers have different reading audience so you will have to consider in which newspaper you should advertise.
