Hi All
How good for an employee working without an Offer Letter or Any Resignation Letter in an Organisation.
Is the Offer Letter is must to jump from one company to another.
Is that OK if an employee get Resignation Letter when he leave the company, if he wont get offer Letter when he join?????
Which gives more prominence when we leave the company?
Is the Offer Letter or Resignation Letter???
Kindly help me, I want to know the Information.

Hi
Both the things are important.
But in some ways if you join some other organization then they will ask for the relieving letter NOT offer letter from previous employer.
Am i able draw picture ? or your question was different, kindly confirm.
Cheers

Dear Ashwini Both letters are imperative When you join in any new organisation, relieving letter issued by your previous employer is must LK

Ideally one must have the both for legal cover up. two of my friends recently joined in new companies without any relieving letters because previous employer was neither prepared to give them raise as per their expectations nor allowing them to leave for greener pastures. New employer was prepared to accept them without any relieving letter so they accepted the offer in writing

Working without an Offer Letter? - Surprising that after so much development in HR systems and practices this is still happening! I have had 8 cases so far. If you do not have an offer letter then it becomes hard to justify your date of employment in other words your tenure with the employer, same goes with the relieving letter.
My sincere advise please talk to your manager and tell them that you will need this letter for employment records. Also in todays world offer letters are taken for verification purposes eg: Loans, Passport, immigration etc... If all fails your payslips are the only proof as they would have the DOJ...

both are very important in employees career life-white coller and blue coller employees.
but some hr in some factories or companies are not giving the offer letter they are giving only the appointment letter- because of lack of awarness for employee. they cash on it. this is the practice happening around the country for a low class employee and even for labourers.
eg.- PKL ltd. in hyderabad.
