Hi
You should have only one PF account.
How you are having three ?
do you want to say that you have not transferred the PF from last three companies , I mean every company you joined you open new PF ?
if it is like that then withdraw the first two PF amount & latest one you transfer to new onganisation.

You can submit the Form 13 (PF transfer Form) with your present employer for every PF Transfer separately. It means you will have to submit the three Form 13.
But you will have to furnish the detail of your previous employment and PF.
Your present employer will send it to authority after certifying your employment and PF number.

Dear Joy,
If you want to continue your PF amount, you can submit Form 13A (Revised) and requeust your present employer to forward to concerned PF Regional Office. Further you have to mention your NSSN on the Form and it is compulsory. In absence of this PF amount will not be transferred to your new account. In this case you have to file the Form 13A(Revised) along with NSSN Application.
You have not mentioned your total service including present one. If this is availble I can suggest you whether withdrawl or trnsfer is correct from the previous organisations. This is related to Pension Funder under the PF Act.

Dear Joy,
As per the information provided by you the 2 PF Accounts in Rajasthan and 1 in Haryana.
The closed unit at Rajasthan and it is easy for you to get transfer to your present account. If the Bhiwadi company closed in May 2006 as per the PF Act employer has to file the Annual Return till the closure of the Finan cial Year.
I suggest you to approach your presnet employer for transfer of the PF amount and request them to forward the same to the concerned Regional Office at Rajasthan and Haryana.

The sad part is that the closed unit has not filed return till date (it has closed very recently). They were always defaulting in payment. PF contribution has not been deposited for last 8 months !!!!!!!
Please advise in this context !

Don't worry, PF Authorties having their own internal procedure to recover the dues from the employees. Once your Transfer Form reaches PF Office they will intimate to the Employer for payment of dues for settlement of your case. First you send your transfer form and wait for the reply.
