Labour cess is applicable in Haryana @ 1 % and it is charged on the construction cost and for that you have to get yourself registered in the labour deptt. if your construction cost is more than 10 Lacs...there is an central act called The Building & Other Construction Workers Welfare Cess Act 1996 and the haryana building & other construction workers ( RE & Cs) Rules, 2005...if neeed further information contact

" The Welfare Commissioner"
Punjab Labour welfare board
SCO-1118-19, Sector -22-B
Chandigarh
cheque is cleared.
Now I came to know that above address relates to Punjab Welfare Commissioner.
Cheque should be in favour of
"The Welfare Commissioner, Haryana"
30th Bays Bildings

if anyone help me to sort out this problem.how can I rectify the mistake.

Applicability.
"Labour welfare fund" is applicable on those workers who are enggaged on skilled or technical work (like, oprators,fitters,engineers,electrician,boiler attd. and other techinacl work) it is not applicable to supervision and managerial staff (Like supervisor,manager,officer etc.)
Contribution
Rs.5/- will be deduct from the salary of workers at every month and Rs.10/- will be contribute by the employer per worker.
Submission
same will be submit at the following address in shape of D.D in every december alongwith the list having worker name and contribution amount.
