i am sumit jain (Internal Auditor ) of xxx company .i having the 1 question related to record book maintain as per Sec-20 of Maternity Benefit Act 1961
my company employ 1 female employee only & she is out of age of fertility (age is 55) .So in this case it is Obligatory to maintain record Ex:-muster roll in Form No A,Return in KLM,Display of abstract of the act .
