Can you please tell me what does it mean when someone is talking about employee compensation and benefits.If the HR-Manager of an IT company was told to look after the compensation and benefits what he should actually look after. Kindly give me an idea.let me know what the benefits includes and what is the compensation all about.
Please let me know keeping in mind if the company is an IT services company.
