Please give your ideas and suggestions about the best Salary Structure.

Our Salary Structure is as follows:

Structure-1 Basic + D.A + H.R.A. + City Allowance + Education Allowance + Conveyance = Total Gross

Please let me know if this is a standard structure. Also, kindly provide your thoughts on the following salary structure:

Structure-2 Basic + Conveyance + Other Allowances = Gross Salary

Please share your ideas and suggestions with me as soon as possible. If I implement Structure-2, will it create problems for the company? Can I proceed with Structure-2?

Thanks for your reply but my problem is: which salary structure is best.

If a company follows Basic + Travelling Allowance = Gross, then is it okay? Will it create a problem in the future?

And if the company follows Basic + D.A. + H.R.A. + Edu Allo. + Travelling Allow = Gross, then what are the benefits for the company and employees.
