Hi,
We always talk about Fun at work,recreational activities,Fish philosophies.
But I would like to know the tricks where we wont do Stress management rather we will concentrate on how company can allign his goal into individual's goal for the better environment,enhance productivity...etc.
I would also like to know how we can implement the concept of Ice breaking .
How company can motivate every employees to interact with other department,other team???

May be some where I am failing to convey what I need.
Oraginization goal like we need people to come on time.
May be for that we can make different group where people may come from different team and note thr timing and give prizes for the winning group.
I need this type of ideas....................
Please share if u have some more good ideas.

Thnx for the post well note for this thing u need to give brief of company and how u like to get the ideas example if u want ur sales to increase or man power to be handled properly or any other aspect on that way members could reply so precisely.
