Hi all,
A HR should know everything about the company policy.
Should handle stress.
Should maintain good relationship with others.
Should communicate with employees in the language in what they are comfortable.
Should not get afraid when the group of employees coming and argue with him. Should use clean language.
Dressing should be very good. It has to tell others 'He is our HR"
Should use clean language.
Should keep track of everything that he does.
When he committed to an employee, he has to fulfil it.
There is no limit.................
So Let others discuss...

Should Be Responsible for
First and above all responsibility is to see that there is no dispute in any of the issues related to HR like Salary, Appraisals , increments & Facilities.
Should Work towards healthy environment at workplace by motivating the employees and convincing the employer at the same pace.
