I have been assigne a task to frae policy for third pary Marketing representative.
I require a benchmarking of leave allowed in a year excluding holidays,local allowances like conveyance paid for bike etc.,TA & DA given to third party employe.
Please provide me details of your org. so that i can frame a standardised policy as per the market rate.
