All jobs can be done without external consultant
But let us admit that we in an organisation may not have time to read as much as consultants do
Secondly, external consultants will help you to see things without bias and prejudice
First remark is all about knowledge and skill and the second talk about your behavior
You can learn and master the skill
But when you actually do this exercise yourself, you are likely to have bias and prejudices
I tried it and ultimately went back to the Consultants
